I've been in rooms where music was made, classrooms where futures were shaped, and studios where stories came to life. Forty years as a DJ, music educator, and performing musician gave me something no booth or textbook could — an instinct for how sound moves people.

I started spinning records before most of my clients were born. I've played every room — from late-night jazz sets to packed arenas — and every one of those rooms taught me something about presence, timing, and the weight a single voice can carry.

Teaching music for over two decades sharpened my ear in a different way. When you spend years helping young people find their voice, you learn exactly what separates a performance that lands from one that doesn't. That precision lives in every take I record.
